Making complex things feel human.
I help HR software organisations make better product, technology and delivery decisions. Given a blank sheet for iTrent in 1997 and PeopleFirst in 2013, I created HR platforms and predictive analytics and machine learning within PeopleFirst.
Today I combine that experience with hands-on research into governed agentic AI through Agent Control and Tsunora, an experimental operating environment for digital work.
Away from the roadmap, I build experiments to understand how technology sees, remembers, moves and tells stories.
