A beautiful March morning saw a nice 8.4k walk starting at The Saracen’s Head in Shirley. Walking down Park Lane past the Saw Mill and lakes before walking up through the Osmaston estate and around Osmaston village with it’s pretty thatched cottages.  Before going down into Wyaston Brook valley and finally returning up to Shirley past the Osmaston Park lakes.
