Paris – September 2013

True to our word we decided to revisit Paris in September to continue our education of this fantastic city, we once again had fantastic weather and this time rented a lovely apartment in St.Germain not far from Jardin du Luxembourg.  We totally lucked out by being near one of the best daily food markets in Paris.  Continuing in the footsteps of Hemingway (I was reading a moveable feast on the Eurostar on the way over to Paris) we ate at the nearby Polidor for what turned out to be a lovely simple lunch with great wine.  A recommendation by a colleague saw us eating in the fantastic Le Train Bleu, great food and what a true sense of theatre in a series of beautiful rooms.
