Thailand – April 2011

An amazing visit to Thailand saw us staying  in Bangkok for a four days before a beach week in Koh Samui before heading back to Bangkok for a few days.  A lovely country with great temples, people and food.  We were lucky enough to take a cookery class at the Mandarin Oriental which was great fun and very informative, what was especially rewarding was being able to walk into their garden and pick all the fresh herbs used in the dishes and wash our hands with water and Kaffir lime leaves – so fragrant !
