We’d only been dating for a couple of weeks and we were lucky enough to be invited to a fully paid long weekend to Istanbul by Turkish Airlines.

It turned out to be such a fantastic long weekend in Istanbul, I don’t think we’ve ever experienced such a sensory overload as here.  The football crowds with their flares marching through the streets with the riot police surrounding them, the fish stalls on the banks of the Bosphoros and the just how busy the whole city is over the weekend during the evenings and into the small hours !
